Tea For The Weekend: The Healthy Chai Recipie

I love my tea lattes, but oh boy, ALL of that cream, fat, and sugar just isn't good!  So today I bring to you an alternative that literally tastes the exact same!  Instead of whipping cream and 2% milk I am using Fairlife Milk!  It is only 80 calories per cup, has 13 grams of protein per serving, only 6 grams of sugar, and no lactose!  I also use Teavana's Rock Sugar to sweeten my tea.  There are 25 calories in a teaspoon so that just depends on how sweet you like yours(: So here it is!
1 cup of water
1 tablespoon of Rock Sugar
1 tablespoon oWhite Ayurvedic Chai Tea
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

How To Make it!
Put the water, tea leaves, vanilla, and sugar all into a pan and let it warm up on high for about five minutes.
In a separate pan let the milk warm up on high.
Once both have come to a boil (and the tea has been in the water for at least five minutes) drain the tea into the milk pan.
Leave it on simmer for one to two minutes,
It's all done! So put it into your favorite tea pot, and top off each cup of chai with some cinnamon sugar!
